Refund Policy

For questions about a payment made through this website, please contact the Jharkhand Secretariat Service Association for a transaction review.

Duplicate or incorrect payments

If you believe you have paid twice or made an incorrect payment, email info@jssofficers.com with your name, transaction reference, payment date, amount, and a description of the issue. You may also use our contact page.

Failed or pending transactions

If your account was debited but the payment appears failed or pending, contact the Association with the transaction reference so the payment status can be checked with the payment provider. A debit alone does not confirm that the Association received the payment.

Review and refund processing

Refund requests are subject to verification of the transaction and review by the Association. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. The Association will communicate the outcome and any applicable processing details after review.

Recurring payments

A refund request and cancellation of a recurring payment mandate are separate requests. If you also wish to stop future payments, state this explicitly when contacting the Association and check the mandate controls available through your bank or UPI application.

Protect your payment details

Do not send your card number, CVV, passwords, UPI PIN, or one-time passwords with a refund request.
