Jharkhand Sachivalaya Sewa Sangh is a registered, non-commercial organisation representing more than 2,500 officers of the Jharkhand Secretariat Service posted across State Government departments and attached offices.
The Association provides a unified, constructive platform for service conditions, member rights, welfare and professional development. It functions under Section 21 of the Societies Registration Act, 1860.
Our members contribute directly to governance, policy formulation and administrative continuity. The Association remains non-political and focuses on responsible dialogue, shared accountability and institutional excellence.
